We respect your privacy. Any and all the information collected by kikki.K and its digital print supplier will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All orders are accepted and handled in accordance with the conditions below. The customer accepts these conditions by using the CREATE with kikki.K software.

COPYRIGHT AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR IMAGES

As the creator of your photo product, you are responsible for the content of the file you submit and in obeying the laws of Australia. As such, CREATE with kikki.K does not accept responsibility for the contents of the file you submit.

In printing your photo product on your behalf, CREATE with kikki.K assumes that the copyright in the file and all photographs is held by you, and that you are solely responsible for unauthorized use of copyright material.

When ordering and in distributing your printed photo products you shall observe the laws of Australia and the country to which the product is being distributed.

CREATE with kikki.K and its suppliers reserve the right to not produce any item that it reasonably believes may contravene these laws and/or contains explicit imagery.

CREATE with kikki.K and its suppliers reserves the right to not produce any item that it reasonably believes may contravene these laws, contains explicit imagery or cause distress to any person.

LIABILITY

Please take care of your files. CREATE with kikki.K and its suppliers shall not accept liability for damage or loss of the files.

Please take care in proofing and previewing your photo product and carefully check your spelling. CREATE with kikki.K emphasises that the quality of the prints in the albums ordered will never be better than is to be expected on the basis of what you see on your computer monitor when using the CREATE software and you should carefully examine the resolution and quality of your photos if you have any doubts about your image quality.

CREATE with kikki.K liability is limited to errors which are related to production, shipping and delivery of the product.

You agree to indemnify CREATE with kikki.K and its Suppliers against any claim made against or suffered by kikki.K and/or the Printer in connection with your use of CREATE with kikki.K and your breach of these Terms of Use or your breach of any rights of third parties.

DELIVERY TIMES

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
Our service level is to produce an order within 7 working days or less, however this is not guaranteed. Once produced, we then dispatch orders by Air Express or Australia Post depending on product and service level selected by you.

If delivery cannot be made, the delivery driver has the ‘Authority To Leave’ an item if he/she deems it safe to do so. If it’s not deemed safe to leave an item, a card will be left explaining how you can receive delivery or pick-up the product at your local post office or freight depot (make sure you take your ID with you).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders weighing less than 2kgs, CREATE with kikki.K uses Registered Post International Parcel service. A signature is required on delivery. Delivery times are an estimated 3-10 days to metropolitan areas of major cities from the time the product is dispatched from our production facility. Production of products can take up to 7 working days.

For international orders weighing more than 2kgs, CREATE with kikki.K use Express Courier International. A signature is required on delivery. Delivery times are approximately 2-4 days to metropolitan areas of major cities from the time the product is dispatched from our printing facility. Printing of products can take up to 7 working days.

Delayed delivery is not a basis for cancellation of the order or a request for compensation.

GUARANTEE

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please submit your feedback via our contact form within 2 weeks of the delivery of the materials ordered by you. If there has been a justified production issue with your product, CREATE with kikki.K’s liability is limited to resupply of the ordered materials again or the refund of your order.
