To track where your order is in our production system, simply enter your order number and email address in the fields below.

DELIVERY TIMES

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

We aim produce an order within 7 working days or less, however this is not guaranteed. Once produced orders we use Air Express or Australia Post depending on product and service level selected by you, to deliver your goods within 7 working days, or less.

If delivery cannot be made, the delivery driver has the ‘Authority To Leave’ an item if he/she deems it safe to do so. If it’s not deemed safe to leave an item, a card will be left explaining how you can receive delivery or pick-up the product at your local post office or freight depot (make sure you take your ID with you).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders weighing less than 2kgs, CREATE with kikki.K uses Registered Post International Parcels service. A signature is required on delivery. Delivery times are from an estimated 3-10 working days to metropolitan areas of major cities from the time the product is dispatched from our production facility. Production of products can take up to seven working days.

For international orders weighing more than 2kgs, CREATE with kikki.K use Express Courier International. A signature is required on delivery. Delivery times are approximately 2-4 working days to metropolitan areas of major cities from the time the product is dispatched from our production facility. Production of products can take up to seven working days.
